Hello! My map (located here: http://athousanddifferentcolors.com/ – scroll down on the page) is having trouble. When you click on a marker, the info window appears, but many times does not center in the map. The title is cut off, and so the user has to re-position the map in order to read the info window. “Change Zoom on click” is set to 10. Help? Thanks!

Hello,
I think you have customized your infowindow settings and set a fixed width, please increase the width of the infowinodow under add/manage map page and your issue will be resolved.

Thanks

I have not set a fixed width for the infowindow. In settings, the field is blank. It says "Enter infowindow width in px. Leave blank for default settings." The problem is this...the infowindow opens, but then the picture/image loads, and that forces the infowindow to go out of the map's frame. Can you please provide a fix for this?

Hello,
I am getting proper response on your map. Your location is on centre when we click on any location of your map. I have seen you have inserted lots of content in location info-window that's why your user need to re adjust the map. So you have to insert the less content on your location info-window.

Thanks
