Hi,
After using the free version WP User Avatar I bought the pro version to be able to adjust the dimensions but when I try to activate it I have this message:
“The extension could not be activated because it triggered a fatal mistake. ”
In the forum I found this answer -> “First deactivate your both free and pro version and then remove the free version plugin from your plugin section of wordpress, and then activate pro version your problem will be solve after this.” only I do not want to delete the free version because I will lose all the avatars already set up (a good hundred). Is there any other possibility?

Hello,
Yes, If you are in the Pro version then you have to deactivate the lite version. You can check your all favourite avatar on WordPress media library. You can not activate both lite and pro version at a same time.

We have a holiday in office due to Diwali Festival Till 22 October. We wish you a very Happy Diwali from our side.
Thanks

Ok, thank you the activation has gone well. On the other hand I have several notices :

Home Page :

I don't know what to do with that.

Hello,
It seems you have enabled wp debug on your Wordpress config.php file that's why you are getting warning and notices. Please go to wp-config.php file located at root on your Wordpress installation folder and make sure this code is disabled like below code

define('WP_DEBUG', false); By making it false your issue will be resolved.

Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for it but I am not getting any error/notice on your frontend. Can you send me the screenshot where you are getting this notice/error?

It is when you are not connected to the site that it appears, I put the screen shot in an attachment.

Codecanyon informs me that there is an update for the plugin but impossible to install and I have this in the extensions page :
stdClass::$slug in /customers/4/b/9/organisationsdejeunesse.be/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-avatar-pro/core/class.wp-auto-plugin-update.php on line 77

I also try to install another plugin and the search engine goes round and round ..

Hello,
As said above, I can't update the plugin I have :
The installation of the extension failed.

Hello,
Installation of the extension is failed because you have not removed current version of the user Avatar Plugin, You have to download the updated version 4.1.3 from https://www.codecanyon.net/downloads and then you have to remove the current version plugin folder, when your current version is removed completely then you have to upload the latest version and your issue will be resolved. During this process, you will not lose any data.

Thanks

Hello,
At 13h20 the site does not work anymore I have this -> HTTP ERROR 500
I know It is not necessarily the host who is responsible but an error in a file or directory of the site.

Are you connected to this error ?

Hello,
Please cross check it is working at our end. Maybe due to slow server response.
