I have emailed for a response from you but no joy. I have bought and setup WP Google Maps Pro plugin on a clients site. Everything is setup but for some strange reason there seems to be an issue with the Radius Search when we use the map.
For example the clients site is an events website, where they host different events across the UK. They have an event in Kent. Type in Kent the listing shows the events. They also have some shows in London and surrounding areas. So you would think adding 200 mile radius would display these shows? It simply does not.
However if you type in Birmingham into the search and add 500 mile radius it DOES show listings in London. It seems the radius filter is not searching correctly and intermittently displays the correct results. I need some assistance sorting this out. I have emailed you directly but not had a response.
I am so sorry, We got your mail on a SPAM that's why it is skipped from my side. Your provided credentials are not working at my end. I checked your URL and searched the locations using a search radius filter. I am getting proper results. Please insert the proper address in search bar so the plugin will get it as a reference point and search a result according to it.
I checked with Birmingham location and we got 6 searched location then I started search location using radius filter and I am getting results according to it. Your London Locations are also shown on a map when you select 500 miles etc. Are you not getting London Locations?
Thanks for getting back to me. You checked the results that were working. If you type in Sevenoaks for example it displays 3 results. When you then choose 200 miles, 100 miles, 50 miles or any of the options in the search radius it does not show any results. See screenshots below. If you can provide me with an email address I will happily set you up and admin account on the dashboard so that you can inspect further.
At the moment this only seems to work on certain areas. We need it to work all the time.
I have emailed again to try and get this issue sorted. I have added a user and password to my Wordpress admin area so that you can take a look. Could really do with some sort of response from you guys as this is quite urgent. Support needs to be upped considering this is a premium plugin.
Sorry for the delay, I have sent you the mail regarding this issue.
