Hi,

I just launched my website and moved it from http://thecrayoninitiative.ceciledesignstudio.com to https://thecrayoninitiative.org

All the locations are missing their images in the dashboard, but I see them in the database. I compared both sites and databases and everything looks fine to me. The new site is secure, and I replaced all the urls to https.

All the locations had images assigned, and I am displaying them in the infowindow and listing with {marker_image}

See the map here at the bottom. https://thecrayoninitiative.org/about/

Do you know why they are not showing up? There are over 200 so it would take a long time to re-assign them.

Thanks,
Cecile

Hello,
Please go to add/manage locations and check location image are assigned or not, if images are not assigned then you have to assign it manually. You are saying you had assigned all images and placed placeholder {marker_image} at infowindow settings under add/manage map page then images should be shown on location infowindow. I am also not getting any error at console otherwise image missing 404 error should display.
You can send me admin details so we can also check it at your end.
Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for your credentials, I have seen images are not assigned to your manage locations that's why they are not displayed on a google map. You have to assign it manually. I have assigned the same image for testing and they are displaying on a map.

Hi,

I know they are not assigned in the location manager. They all disappeared. That's the bug. I didn't want to have to re-assign all 211. They are in the database, can you tell why are they not showing up?

Here's a screengrab of one of the locations in the database. See how the featured image is assigned. Why is it not showing in the dashboard?

Thanks

Hi,

Any updates on this issue? Why would the locations images that are in the database not show up?

Hello,
May I know how you have imported data from one site to another site? Please let me know.

Hi,

I migrated the site manually and did a search and replace for the url in the database.

Could this be a collation issue? I don't remember for sure but I think there might have been a collation mismatch between the 2 servers that I ended up editing the database to fix.

Thanks,
Cecile
