Hello,
I think you are checking your map in smartphone or ipads thats why you are getting fixed 5 zoom level. I checked this issue at our end and no issue.
You can change zoom level according to need.
Thanks

Hello toolsjonathan.extra,

As per your screenshot, i think you have enabled visitor current location and your site is not https enabled. So there is no need of https for zoom control. Please share your page url where map is located so we can check it also at your end.
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you,

This is the address - https://gyncahub.jona.co.il/map/

It's on zoom 12 but it doesn't reflect, as well when I change the level to anything else (sometimes there's a minor change)
Also the map is not being loaded cleanly, is there something I could do about it?

Thanks again

Hello,
I checked your map and i am able to see your zoom level at 12.

Your theme style.css is conflict with google maps plugin where
img { max-width:100%!important; }
.wp-editor-container { border:1px solid #e5e5e5; } this code is creating issue. Please remove it or comment it and your issue will be resolved.

I have enclosed screenshot of 12 zoom level.

Thanks

Hi,

Correct images' max width did help with the map, thanks.
I put .wp-editor-container on border:initial since I'm a child theme.

Still though the map's zoom is currently set to 9 (doesn't matter which) , yet it still shows the same zoom level.
