We have experimented with both your ecards and your ecards pro plugins. The ecards pro plugin will not actually send out the ecards even though the order is completed. This is true whether or not the option that allows the user to select a “send date” is turned on.
The free ecard plugin does send the ecards. As an experiment, we tried de-activating ecards pro and activating the free plugin and the ecards that had been set up (but not sent) with ecards pro were immediately sent.
Please advise us how to fix this as soon as possible as we are right in the middle of our holiday card rush! Unfortunately, we won’t probably will not be able to give you our login information as the site contains legally-protected confidential information. So please walk us through how we can fix this.
