Hi,

I’ve received several eCards orders yesterday (and made 2 myself) and none of them show in WooCommerce orders. I know at least one of the cards was successfully delivered but I have no way of knowing if this will be the case for other orders.

I am using version 1. Do I delete to plugin and reinstall to upgrade? I can't find any instructions on how to do this and I don't want to lose my existing settings.

I've placed 2 orders which both show up now in my WooCommerce orders screen (yay!!)

However, neither of the eCards has actually been sent despite the plugin being set to 'earliest' and their chosen date being today.

Shouldn't these send automatically once payment has come through via PayPal? Is there something I'm missing?

Hello,
E card will send only when your order is completed. Without order completion e card wont send i think your order is not completed yet. Please complete it then your e card will be send.

So I need to manually set all eCard orders to "complete" before they will send?

If they're paying through PayPal etc is there some way to have them send automatically once the payment is received? It seems a little odd that they need manual approval.

Hello,
Yes, you have to manually complete the order because sometime shop owner not want to convert all products into ecards. They select only selected product which convert into ecard. If we enabled automatically then ecard will be send in all products when payment is received by paypal. Automatically send ecard is not possible now but we are considering this feature for our future updates.

Thanks. I'm not sure why you can't just check the 'convert to eCard' flag before sending...

In any case, I've manually completed the orders but the eCards still haven't been received - how soon after completion should I expect them to send, and what happens if they were scheduled for delivery yesterday but I didn't complete the order until today?

Hello,
To convert a product into ecard thats why we enable checkbox of "convert to eCard". Those product you dont want to convert to eCard then you dont need to convert it to eCard. This is the functionality of the plugin. eCard will be send according to select cron job via backend to send immediately set cron job 'earliest' and so on.

When you complete your order. your ecard will be send automatically.

In any case, there's something wrong. I have set my orders to completed and they're still showing as 'not sent yet'.

Have you completed order? I think you have set cron job for eCard is tomorrow or any other. Please set it as a earliest. Please send me screenshots of your crone settings.
