Hello,

I have installed the plugin and created a number of shortcodes. The files display correctly on the page but the download links do not function. The link displays the entire folder path – which is not good – but when clicked it opens a blank page.

Update

I have made changes to the folder structure and now some links are working again. It seems the plugin cannot parse certain characters in the folder names.

However, the fact that the entire server path to the requested file is displayed is not good. This is far too much information. A URL should be shown instead.

Hello,
Its strange, Sorry for the delay, please send me your page url where your files are listing and available for download. So we can check it at your end.

Thanks

Use this:

http://titchmarshvillage.info/titchmarsh-times-archive/

The link on the download button has too much information. Visitors should not see the root of my server.

Also the icon on the left is wrong. It is too big!

Hello,
#1 Right now file path is direct anchor tab as you can see. You can encrypt the path and then decrypt it again after clicking on download button.
#2 . You need to make icon small by using css located under assets/css/frontend.css line 38 make font size 2em and your issue will be resolved.

wpdf_files_icon, .wpdf_ppt_icon, .wpdf_movie_icon, .wpdf_audio_icon, .wpdf_code_icon, .wpdf_jpg_icon, .wpdf_docx_icon, .wpdf_pdf_icon, .wpdf_png_icon, .wpdf_xlsx_icon, .wpdf_zip_icon, .wpdf_txt_icon {
margin-bottom: 20px;
font: normal normal normal 14px/1 wpdf-icon;
font-size: 1.2em;
margin-right: 10px;
cursor: pointer;
color: #F4D03F;
font-size: 2em;
}
Thanks
