When I place the
[avatar] shortcode on my page, it shows the avatar of the administrator only. There is no documentation clearly available showing how to dynamically generate the avatar based on the user’s ID. The role of my registered members are subscribers. (I have selected the link to allow Subscribers to upload) – and this function works properly. The avatar shortcode does not return the proper avatar.
Yeah, you are right this shortcode documentation is missing in our "How to Use" section we will include it in our next version. To display current user avatar, you have to use this shortcode
[avatar user=current]and your issue will be resolved.
I have the same issue reported by livebold.
But unfortunately after typing in the shortcode you have given the issue remains.
Admin avatar does not show anymore which is great but the only avatar which is displayed now is the wordpress default one (Mystery Man).
I have clear all possible cache but nothing.
Are you able to help ?
