Please help with AWS setup to WP Display Files

If you try setup the API key it creates a blank screen theres a issue jquery in the head

You are using very old version of Google Maps now completely API is changed as before. Please update your plugin to the latest version and your all issues will be resolved.

Yes, you are absolutely right only display files plugin is installed at your end. I checked all plugin settings and found you have not synchronized any Storage with your cloud storage. To display files you have to create an API key and secret key. When you enter it then your cloud storage will be synchronized and display your files.

I checked your link and your amazon bucket listings are shown on a page without any issue and i am also able to download the file without any page break. May i know which browser are you using at your end.

I am trying to access your wp-admin but your login window URL is not working. Please give me a login window URL so I can log in to your dashboard and check it.

I think you are using the different bucket that's why your multiple folder files are shown. Are you sure you are using the same bucket which is shown on the screenshot?

I have seen you are using an older version of the plugin. Please update your plugin to the latest version 2.0.4. Something is the conflict with the plugin that's why you are below folders design is changed in frontend and download is also working. Can I sync my AWS account for testing purpose.

Hello, I just purchased the plugin (Version 2.0.4) and I have the same problem... I went through the same steps you suggested to stephen.taylor
I commented out this line...

Now my console shows a different issue (see attached screenshot)

What should I do next?

Latest update: after downgrading PHP to ver 5.6, upon submitting the aws key and secret the screen i get is no longer blank, but it does show this single line: Fatal error: Cannot declare class CFRuntime, because the name is already in use in .../wp-content/plugins/wp-display-files/classes/API/amazon/sdk.class.php on line 65

Hello,
We checked the aws settings save process on our php7.0 environment and encountered the same issue you are having on your website. Please install the XML library module for php7.0. Take help of your hosting providers, ask them to install/enable and restart the server for changes to take place. We fixed it on our local system with php7.0 by install the xml library and it worked for us and the credentials were authenticated and saved successfully.
On my Ubuntu operating system, I fixed it by this command : apt-get install php7.0-XML and then restarting my apache2 server. That's it.
Then I go to settings page and saved the credentials. It was saved and authenticated successfully. Nothing needs to be changed in plugin code.

The hosting provider has installed and enabled XML library module for php7.0. The problem persists. Attached a screenshot of chrome console.

Hello,
AWS issue has been fixed. XML library support was required. Despite this one of your aws related plugin was creating conflict with our plugin due to some common aws classes. We fixed it, please enter aws credentials and let us know if you are able to authenticate your credentials. Thanks for the patience and trust.

Not using the plugin any more. It cannot go more than 3 levels deep in the S3 bucket folder structure.
