111 Connection refused Error on Shared Hosting hosted at HOSTGATOR

Below are the allowed PORTS by HostGator. If you need 2195 or 2196 port to connect with apple push notifications, contact with technical support and they’ll open the port for you. So this is a port issue which is not opened for you.
